1.OBJECT


1.1 These General Conditions, updated in May 2017, are intended, with the order form, and the other elements referred to in them, to regulate the terms and conditions under which the provision of the Online Store Service of Augusto Manuel & Manuela Lda - Juvema. ) , with its office at Avenida Colégio Infante Sagres lote 5 A 2Dto , under the unique registration and identification number of legal person no. 509 866816, with the share capital of 1000.00 € (euros).

3.ORDER AND PAYMENT

3.5 All orders placed in Augusto Manuel & Manuela Lda - Juvema. have a maximum payment period of 5 days. At the end of this period, the order will be automatically cancelled.

3.6 Orders may be cancelled when expressly requested by the customer through one of the following contacts, prior to shipments of orders. After confirming the shipment of the order, the customer is asked to contact Augusto Manuel & Manuela Lda - Juvema.

4.SHIPPING PORTS

The cost of packaging for each bottle is €2 (euros). The shipping cost depends on the weight of the order and its delivery destination. This postage value can be simulated inside the shopping cart with the desired products added and by filling in all the fields requested from the simulator. The total postage will also be automatically calculated when placing your order in the Online Store. It should be noted that the factors of this calculation may be variable and undergo changes without notice.


5.SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES/LIFTING IN PHYSICAL STORE GUIDE TRADE OF WINES LDA.


5.1 For orders to be sent to the requested address, the option of shipping - National Shipping (in case of Portugal) and International Shipping (in case of other countries outside Portugal) must be chosen.

5.2 In general, after shipment, an order at Augusto Manuel & Manuela Lda - Juvema.
- 96 working hours in Mainland Portugal;
- Up to 15 working days in the Islands of Madeira and Azores;
- About 4 working days in Peninsular Spain;
- About 6 working days in the rest of Europe;
- Approximately 7 to 15 business days in the rest of the world.

5.3 After the shipment of orders, the information for the message of the shipment will be available in the account of customers who have placed the order with registration and is also sent a notification via e-mail with the information of the link for the message to monotorization of the shipment to all registered and unregistered customers. 5.5 All products sent by Augusto Manuel & Manuela Lda - Juvema. must be checked at the time of delivery. If the customer finds that the order is damaged, he/she must return it immediately to the transport company, duly justify the reason for the return on the carrier's consignment slip and immediately notify Augusto Manuel & Manuela Lda - Juvema. through one of the following contacts.

5.6 If after delivery, the customer verify that any of the items is not in conformity, is requested to contact immediately with Augusto Manuel & Manuela Lda - Juvema. through the e-mail info@.pt indicating the order number or the document number that accompanied the order, attaching images of the packaging as received and all items, so that internally the process of investigating the occurrence is opened and thus the situation can be resolved as soon as possible.

5.7 Augusto Manuel & Manuela Lda - Juvema. is not responsible for shipments made to countries where the respective law does not allow the entry of alcoholic beverages. It is the responsibility of the customers to be able to seize their orders, as well as the payment of customs fees, if any. In case of return of the products, Augusto Manuel & Manuela Lda - Juvema. will refund only the respective amount to these same products. In case of questions the customer can contact Augusto Manuel & Manuela Lda - Juvema. before ordering.

5.8 Augusto Manuel & Manuela Lda - Juvema. has contracted services with specialized carriers for the purpose of deliveries in Portugal, Europe and most countries of the world. Every effort is made to meet the shipping and delivery deadlines, however it should be noted that possible delays in deliveries may be of a nature unrelated to Guiadenectar Comércio de Vinhos Lda,and it isnot possible, in such cases, to guarantee exact delivery times.

5.9 Most deliveries are made during business hours on working days at the shipping address indicated by the customer when submitting the order.

5.10 In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt by the transport company by absence, a notice of passage shall always be left in the customer's mailbox with the carrier's instructions. Depending on the service and the carrier the orders must be collected at the place indicated by the same in the notice of passage, or the indications requested in the same notice should be followed.

5.11 If for any reason the customer cannot receive the order or pick it up at the place indicated by the carrier, the customer is asked to contact Augusto Manuel & Manuela Lda - Juvema.


6.APPLICABLE LAW


6.1 Augusto Manuel & Manuela Lda - Juvema. recognizes to all its customers the right to resolve the contracts they enter into with it, allowing them to return, within 14 (fourteen) days, the products purchased pursuant to Decree-Law No. 143/2001 and Decree-Law 82/2008 of 20/05.

6.2 For exchanges or returns, the customer is requested to contact Augusto Manuel & Manuela Lda - Juvema. via e-mail info@juvema.pt indicating the number of the order or document that accompanied it, taking into account the conditions described below in the following topics:

a) PTo return the order, the product must be in perfect condition, and if applicable with its original packaging, accessories or promotional offers included, and accompanied by proof of purchase or invoice.

b) The return of defective products and wrong shipments will be accepted, and Augusto Manuel & Manuela Lda - Juvema. will be responsible for the costs of sending and collecting whenever the customer communicates this circumstance within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product.

c) Once the goods have been received at our facilities and after validation of the condition of the same accordingly, the return of its value will be made according to the payment method made by the customer, or another solution previously agreed with the same.

6.3 Augusto Manuel & Manuela Lda - Juvema. assumes responsibility arising from the defects of origin or raw material of the purchased product and if this is confirmed by the specialized team of Augusto Manuel & Manuela Lda - Juvema.

6.4 Augusto Manuel & Manuela Lda - Juvema. will not accept the return of the product after use, or in the event that it has been changed or modified.

6.5 Augusto Manuel & Manuela Lda - Juvema. is not responsible for deficiencies arising from incorrect use, negligence, poor storage conditions or causes of force greater force.


7. APPLICABLE LAW


7.1 All purchases made on the Website of Augusto Manuel & Manuela Lda - Juvema. are subject to Portuguese law. Any conflict or divergence of interpretation of the General Conditions of Sale Online will be submitted to the Portuguese court.

7.2 If the Client is outside mainland Portugal, Augusto Manuel & Manuela Lda - Juvema. informs you at the outset that any judicial proceedings must be exclusively brought before the Portuguese Courts.
